Returns Policy
Christmas Returns
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns.
Any purchases made on our website (excluding sale items) between the 28th of October and the 24th of December 2024 can be exchanged as late as the 12th of January 2025 in line with our standard returns policy.
For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply
Standard Returns
All unsuitable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase using your preferred postal service to –

We aim to process all returns within 5 – 7 working days of the parcel arriving in our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue refunds back to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation.
Please be aware that we cannot refund or accept any customs charges or shipping fees and the customer is responsible for all returning postage costs.
Once you have received a refund notification, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear. The processing time is down to each bank, please get in touch with your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that One Hundred Stars has issued your refund.
Sale Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning unsuitable items.
Exchanges
For any exchange requests, a refund for the original order will be issued and an invoice will be sent for the new item. This does not apply to faulty items.
Exchanges under $100 will require additional postage costs.
Faulty and mispacked returns
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer service team at store@onehundredstars.co.uk before posting your return.
Products purchased from stockists
If you have any issues or wish to return a product that was purchased from one of our stockists, then please contact the shop it was bought from directly. As the contract of sale is with that particular business and not ourselves, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchange.
Gifts
Please contact our customer service team at store@onehundredstars.co.uk if you have received a gift that you would like to exchange.
So that we are able to locate the original order, we will require the contact details of the gift giver. *Please be assured that we will not contact the gift giver unless requested*
